Class size is limited. Please call/e-mail to pre-register.
About the teachers:
The Hanson brothers have been in the building trades for 40 years, focusing in the last decade on the traditional methods of monolithic cob, strawbale and post and beam structures. Schooled at the Cob Cottage Company, they now offer classes specializing in rocket stoves, wood-fired ovens and basic living structures build by hand with readily available, inexpensive materials.
Feral lives in the Illinois
Valley and has been homesteading & building houses for almost 10
years.
When he isn't busy fixing,
building, growing and fermenting things, he likes to escape to wild
places.
